Subscription Terms

This document outlines the terms and conditions for Coin Radar Pro subscriptions. By subscribing to Coin Radar Pro, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
Coin Radar Pro Features
A Coin Radar Pro subscription provides access to premium features including:
- Unlimited coin scans and identifications
- Full value estimates and market data
- Detailed historical information
- Advanced collection management
- AI Expert chat assistance
- Priority customer support
Subscription Plans
Coin Radar Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with the following options:
Yearly Subscription
- Billed annually
- Access to all Pro features
- Best value - significant savings compared to monthly
Prices are displayed in your local currency within the app and may vary by region.
Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription rate.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. If a free trial is offered:
- You can enjoy full Pro features during the trial
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription
- Any unused portion of the free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
- Free trials are limited to one per Apple ID
Payment and Billing
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store
- Prices include applicable taxes where required by law
- You can view your subscription and payment details in your Apple ID account settings
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select Coin Radar Pro
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Note: Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until then.
Refunds
All subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple:
Apple reviews all refund requests and makes decisions based on their policies.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we do:
- You will be notified in advance of any price changes
- Price changes will take effect at your next renewal
- You can cancel before the new price takes effect
Account Deletion
If you delete your Coin Radar account, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period (as it is managed by Apple). To stop future charges, you must cancel your subscription through Apple before deleting your account.
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Pro features. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.
